AnyOption Review 2017 – Binary Options Broker Reviews

AnyOption was perhaps the first to start offering Binary Options on a web based trading platform in 2008.

In any case they have been around for a long time in comparison to most other Binary Options Brokers.

The trading platform they are using is proprietary to AnyOption and works pretty much in the same way as other platforms like SpotOption, although they certainly have some peculiarities (for example, One Touch Binary Options are only available on weekends).

In my opinion the fact that they have been around for so long is their biggest advantage along with the massive amount of underlying assets (98). Otherwise they offer quite low payout (max 71%) and no Boundary Binary Options. Another disadvantage is the lack of a demo account, you cannot even get one on request or after you have deposited money.

AnyOption is incorporated in Cyprus, an EU country, which is of course much better than a Tax Haven that many brokers prefer.

Market Diversity

AnyOption offers the largest range of underlying assets of any Binary Options broker. With 98 different assets they are really covering all trading desires. Moreover the assets they offer come from many different regions.

As an example, they cover the Middle East, which must be pretty unique. Especially the Stock and Index assets are plentiful. Otherwise AnyOption offer the same in regard to Forex and Commodities. Like most other broker, the number of underlying assets have grown through the years and it wouldnt be surprising if over the next years additional assets will be added.

Reliability

Since AnyOption has been around since 2008 their platform works very well. We havent seen any problems during trading, except for the occasional interruption due to internet irregularities. As with all platforms some delay in updating the order, but thats to be expected since order processing always takes time.

Even on professional trading platforms you have to wait for order confirmation. Try to use a browser without addons, it is more reliable and faster that way. The privacy is also better if you abstain from addons.

Charting

Charting is not as bad as some others. You can actually request some more price data by pressing a small blue arrow in the lower left corner of the chart. If you want bigger charts you can always try the trading with the Profit Line.

AnyOption Review

It doesn’t really give any more price data but it sure does give you a bigger chart. The interaction between trader and trading interface is also better.

Its similar to SpotOption MetaCharts feature in many ways. As you know the charting most brokers provide is not good enough for trading. Its better to use a free service for that. These chart are mostly for getting your timing right.

User Friendliness

AnyOption is not as user friendly as many other brokers. Mostly because there are no filtering or favorites selection.

Personally, I think this is a major drawback, but perhaps some traders wont mind. Another thing that is very annoying is the lack of a proper demo account. Yes, I know that most Binary Options Brokers don’t offer one but, since some are I think this is a major negative.

For any aspiring trader a demo account is extremely helpful. Not only to get a feel for the trading platform and how it works, but mostly because it is vital especially for novices to practice trading before committing hard cash.

Depositing and withdrawal is very easy. Most brokers have many options when it comes to depositing trading capital. AnyOption offers a wide range and do cater to local varieties, like WebMoney or CashU. PayPal is missing, which doesn’t look good, but since there are so many other options it doesn’t matter too much.

Support

AnyOption support is good. We have tried both via email and the live chat and both respond very quickly. Especially the live chat is quick and even if you have some out-of-the-ordinary questions, they will answer them promptly and in a satisfyingly manner.

One major drawback is the total lack of a trading guide or a video series that can help complete beginners hit the ground running and start profiting sooner. Compared to other brokers AnyOption is definitely lagging behind, which is surprising considering how long this company is in business.
